Our retained client is a publicly held EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) manufacturer in Europe. They are looking to partner with a contract manufacturer in the Eastern US to execute a 'build and grow’ strategy in North America. The prospect should have capability and capacity in project management, engineering services, manufacturing of printed circuit boards, box build, and logistics services.  

Their industry focus could include MedTech, Industrial, Communication, Defense, and High-End Consumer. Size of the business should be $10 mm to $50 mm and profitable.
