Precision Coating merges with N2 Biomedical

Precision Coating, a Boston-based provider of medical coatings to various sectors of the MedTech manufacturing industry, has announced a merger with N2 Biomedical, creator of a number of surgical coatings and proprietary technologies.

Middle Branch Partners provided advice to N2 Biomedical during the process.
