Our client is a privately held provider of metals products and services with sales of over $100 million.  The business has two parts offering both processed metal products for a variety of industrial markets and medical which serves medical device and instrument manufacturers.  Their multiple locations offer a number of services including center-less grinding, turning, saw and water jet cutting, chamfering, straightening and ultrasonic testing.  The company offers stainless steels, aluminum, brass, titanium, cobalt chrome and exotic metals.

Our client and its owners are actively pursuing partnering opportunities in for investment and growth.  They understand there are very attractive growth dynamics in these markets with high barriers to entry.  This also coincides with increased use of outsourced vendors and the need for a player with a differentiated and broad set of metals capabilities.  They would like to find opportunities to partner or invest.
