Oberg Medical acquires Broad Peak Manufacturing

Broad Peak Manufacturing's implant manufacturings assets were purchased by Oberg Medical. Middle Branch Partners advised Board Peak through the transaction.  

The deal was complex due to Broad Peak’s niche orthopedic implant business and the timing of due diligence through a lockdown and travel restrictions.
