People to Meet at the 2019 AAOS

Please welcome Mike Hadley to AAOS this year.  Mike is the newest addition to our Board of Advisors and is an expert in MedTech supply chain management.  Mike was instrumental in Banner Service's transformation from a general steel supply house to Banner Medical, a specialized steel supplier to the global MedTech industry.  He led the team that opened their operations center in Warsaw, Indiana and has a depth of experience to understand the needs of businesses that operate in the MedTech sector.  Today Mike works for Valbruna Steel and is a leader in their MedTech efforts in North America and beyond.  “I have a passion for MedTech and that pushes me to learn and continue to challenge myself everyday” says Mike.

This year at AAOS Mike will be working with his supply chain partners for Valbruna Steel and also assisting Mikromed, a small specialized Polish machining business, as it looks to learn about more about the North American market.  

Mike lives with his family in Warsaw, Indiana and holds a MBA from the Keller School of Management and a BS from Southern Illinois University.
